    PRESIDENT & CEO

    The President is the Chief Executive Officer of the Society and is responsible for all of its functions. The President is the direct supervisor for the Vice President of Residence and Society Operations.

    The President represents the Society’s interests to external bodies such as the Alma Mater Society, Housing and Ancillary Services, and Queen's Residence Life. The President serves a one-year term, decided by an election every January.

    VICE PRESIDENT OF SOCIETY OPERATIONS

    The Vice President of Society Operations (VPSO) is the direct supervisor of the hired executive team, consisting of the Chief Financial, Human Resources, and Programs and Marketing Officers. The VPSO also oversees internal professional development initiatives and operational logistics for the Society, and is the Speaker and organizer for General Assemblies. The VPSO also oversees the Student Appreciation in Residence (StAR) Program, which seeks to reward residents nominated by any student or staff member, that go above and beyond of what is expected in community living. The VPSO is an elected position with a term length of one year.

    VP OF RESIDENCE OPERATIONS

    The Vice President of Residence Operations (VPRO) is the direct supervisor of all the House Presidents . The VPRO is responsible for reviewing and approving events planned by the House Presidents of each residence building, and for facilitating the logistics for each building’s House Councils, chaired by the House Presidents. The VPRO, along with the VPSO and President, is an elected position with a term length of one year.

  • Katarina Krivokapic (she/her)

    CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) oversees the entirety of the Society’s financial operations, including forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and analysis of financial data. The CFO is responsible for publishing the Society’s financial statements and maintaining stringent internal controls to uphold the highest standards in financial transparency and accountability. The CFO also coordinates all bursaries, including the First Year Experience Fund.

    HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

    The Human Resources Officer (HRO) is responsible for employee recruitment, training and development; enforcement of the disciplinary policy; and conflict resolution of staff. The HRO also leads all staff appreciation initiatives such as socials.

    PROGRAMS AND MARKETING OFFICER

    The Programs and Marketing Officer (PMO) is responsible for planning and executing residence-wide events throughout the academic year. Working closely with the rest of the executive team and other campus collaborators, the PMO works to run major events and initiatives in addition to maintaining the central social media and marketing accounts.
